Quick answer

What does commercial HVAC cleaning include?

Commercial HVAC cleaning covers the equipment — rooftop units (RTUs), air handling units, evaporator and condenser coils, blower sections, drain pans and filter banks — while commercial duct cleaning covers the distribution system. Most buildings benefit from both. Work is quoted after a site walk and scheduled outside business hours.

Overview

What is commercial hvac cleaning?

Commercial units run long hours with high outside-air loads. Coils plug with dust, pollen and cottonwood, drain pans grow slime, and filter banks bypass air when racks are bent. The result is higher energy use, humidity complaints and more service calls.

We clean coils with appropriate coil cleaners, clean blower sections and cabinets, flush pans and lines, inspect filter racks, and document each unit with photos.

Commercial HVAC Cleaning is part of our hvac cleaning services. Many customers book it together with commercial air duct cleaning.
