What is indoor air quality testing?
Symptoms like headaches, allergies or odors have many possible causes. Testing separates them: high humidity points to mold and dust mites, elevated particles point to filtration or duct problems, and VOCs point to products, finishes or attached garages.
We take indoor and outdoor samples, inspect the HVAC system, log humidity, and review results with you. If the results do not point to the HVAC system, we tell you that.
Indoor Air Quality Testing is part of our indoor air quality services. Many customers book it together with mold inspection.

Frequently asked questions
Why test outdoors too?
Outdoor samples are the baseline. Indoor mold counts are judged against outdoor levels.
Will testing tell me if my ducts need cleaning?
Combined with a camera inspection, yes. Testing alone shows the air, not the duct surfaces.
How long until I get results?
On-site readings are immediate; lab mold results usually take about 7 days.
