Blower Motor Cleaning in Houston, TX

A dirty blower wheel moves less air and works harder. We remove and clean the blower assembly so your system delivers full airflow again.

Quick answer

How does a dirty blower wheel affect my AC?

Blower blades are curved to push air; a coating of dust reduces the air they move, which means longer run times, warmer rooms and more strain on the motor. Pulling and cleaning the blower takes about 30–45 minutes per system and is often the single biggest airflow improvement in a cleaning.

Overview

What is blower motor cleaning?

The blower wheel spins hundreds of times a minute and collects any dust that gets past the filter. Over years it can build up a thick, uneven layer that throws the wheel out of balance and makes noise.

We disconnect power, remove the blower assembly, clean the wheel blades and housing, check the motor and capacitor visually, reinstall and test.

Blower Motor Cleaning is part of our hvac cleaning services. Many customers book it together with hvac cleaning.
